But so far there has been no release. NR believes: “There is good reason to believe that the implementation framework is being withheld from the public to prevent it from becoming an issue in the presidential election.”
2026 Substack provides a round-up of Harris credentials but Walz needs some attention. Voters need know the whole ticket, just as they examine the Trump/Vance ticket.
